Fly Tool

Adds a Fly Tool for Scrap Mechanic. Controls: Left click toggles fly mode on or off. Right click cycles fly speed: slow, normal, fast. Features: Fly mode stays active after you switch away from the tool. Uses Scrap Mechanic swim movement for smoother flying. Speed can be changed while flying. Works best when the host and all players use the same mod version. Multiplayer: For multiplayer, the host and every player joining should subscribe to the same Workshop version. If players have different versions or edited game files, Scrap Mechanic may show checksum errors.
