Performance RGB Parts

This is a very simple mod that adds rgb parts that are ment to be as efficient as possible so you can place a ton of them on your creations. Its important to note that the parts dont store any state! They are pure display / calculation units. Also due to the system im using the rgb blocks are not visible when you look at them on the lift.
