A fresh look for Scrap Mechanic's outdated cursor DON'T JUDGE IT BY THE PREVIEW — IT'S HAND-MADE! I've included screenshots from the drawing software to show how it was made. As an enthusiast, I've put a lot of effort into creating this. It may look unprofessional in some places, but I did my best to follow the game's style and aesthetics. [hr !!! [*Inside, you'll find a folder containing the original cursor icons, just in case you want to keep a backup. [*Copy the three cursor icons. [*Then go to the game directory: Scrap Mechanic\Data\Gui\Cursors It is usually located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Data\Gui\Cursors [*Paste the icons there and replace the existing ones. If your game is installed somewhere else, you can open the game directory directly through Steam: [*Go to the Scrap Mechanic Steam page. [*Click the 'Manage' button > 'Manage' > 'Browse local files'. [hr !!! ========== WARNINGS ========== !!! While testing the mod, I noticed that my character's appearance disappeared after installing it. This can be fixed by reselecting your character's accessories in the menu. For some reason, the game deselects your accessories and appearance after installing the mod.
